Focus
Odoo-focused delivery
We work inside Odoo itself — not as a generalist reseller bolting on a connector.
Compliance
VAT & tax-ready
Built for VAT invoicing and regional tax rules — including UAE and beyond.
Method
Assessment before build
Every engagement starts with a process audit, not a licence sale.
Continuity
Support after go-live
We stay involved as your catalogue, volume and channels change.

Disconnected systems create daily operational cost

When Shopify and Odoo are not connected properly, teams re-key orders, chase stock figures and reconcile numbers by hand. The gaps are small individually — and expensive in aggregate.

Shopify shows
34 in stock
Odoo available
28 available
Six units already reserved against open orders — a mismatch customers see as an oversell.
Inventory
Inventory uncertainty
Stock counts drift between channels, so the team never fully trusts either number — and sells what isn't really there.

Orders
Manual order handling
Orders are re-keyed from Shopify into Odoo by hand, adding delay and transcription errors as volume grows.
every order effectively entered twice across systems
Finance
Refund & accounting gaps
Refunds, payouts and fees don't line up cleanly, so month-end takes longer to close.
Warehouse
Multi-location complexity
Several warehouses or fulfilment points make "what's available where" hard to answer.
The workflow

How the Shopify–Odoo workflow works

One order, followed end to end — from a Shopify checkout through to reconciled accounting in Odoo.

Shopify order received
A customer checks out on your Shopify store.
1
Odoo sales order created
The order maps into Odoo with customer and products matched.
2
Stock checked & reserved
Availability is confirmed and units reserved against the order.
3
Fulfilment prepared
A delivery order is raised for the right warehouse.
4
Invoice & payment handled
Customer invoice and payment status are recorded.
5
Refunds & exceptions
Returns, refunds and mismatches are reviewed against payouts.
6

Inventory & warehouse

Stock levels, reservations and multi-location visibility stay aligned.

Accounting & reconciliation

Invoices, payments, fees and payouts reconcile back to your books.

Returns & exceptions

Refunds, cancellations and edge cases follow a defined path.

Exact stages depend on your Shopify setup, Odoo version and configuration. We confirm the right flow for your business during the audit.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about Shopify–Odoo integration

Clear answers about scope, compatibility, implementation, support and what happens before a project begins.

Audit & discovery
What does the free audit include?

A current-state assessment, a risk summary, an integration-suitability assessment, a recommended workflow, a scope recommendation and a suggested next step. A detailed technical specification is part of a paid engagement.

Is the service only for UAE businesses?

It is designed UAE-first and is most relevant to UAE businesses using Odoo and Shopify, but it isn’t strictly limited to the UAE.

Compatibility
Which Odoo versions are supported?

We work across current Odoo versions; the exact version affects what’s achievable and is confirmed during the audit.

Does it work with Odoo Online?

Commonly, subject to Odoo Online’s limitations, your integration method and workflow. The audit confirms suitability.

Does it work with Odoo.sh?

Odoo.sh is commonly supported, subject to your configuration and the workflow confirmed during the audit.

Does it support on-premise Odoo?

On-premise environments can usually be integrated, subject to access, API behaviour, custom modules and audit findings.

Integration scope
Do you provide a connector?

We deliver an implemented integration service using suitable technology for your case — you are buying configuration, testing and ownership, not just a connector.

Can you replace an existing connector?

Sometimes. Depending on the audit we may build fresh or fix and stabilise what you have.

Can you rescue a failed integration?

Integration Rescue is a defined engagement for incomplete or unreliable integrations. We diagnose first, then recommend stabilising or rebuilding.

Can it handle multiple warehouses?

Multi-warehouse workflows are commonly achievable via the Multi-Warehouse Integration Sprint, subject to your warehouse structure and audit findings.

Can it support multiple Shopify stores?

Often, but it depends on your setup and is confirmed during a technical assessment rather than assumed.

Can it support multiple Odoo companies?

Multi-company setups require technical assessment and may need custom development, depending on your configuration.

Can refunds and credit notes be integrated?

Refund and credit-note handling, including partial refunds, is commonly achievable, subject to your accounting configuration and the method confirmed in the audit.

Can Shopify payouts be reconciled in Odoo?

Payout reconciliation workflows, including posting processor fees, can commonly be supported, subject to your accounting setup and the agreed method.

Can it support UAE VAT workflows?

UAE VAT treatment using Odoo fiscal positions is commonly configurable, subject to your accounting configuration and the workflow confirmed in the audit.

Is synchronisation real time?

Synchronisation timing depends on the selected integration method, Shopify and Odoo configuration, API behaviour and workflow requirements. This is assessed during the audit.

Is custom development sometimes required?

Yes — some workflows need bespoke work. The audit identifies where custom development may be required before implementation begins.

Delivery & support
How long does implementation take?

It depends on catalogue size, warehouses, VAT complexity and edge cases. We give a realistic timeline in the audit, not before.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is confirmed after the audit and depends on scope, complexity and technical environment.

What access is required?

Normally a 45–60-minute guided session, plus screenshots or exports and a short workflow explanation. Temporary system access is requested only where necessary and mutually agreed.

What happens after launch?

You can stop at go-live or continue with optional Managed Integration Care for monitoring and support.

Do you provide ongoing support?

Yes, through optional Managed Integration Care — monitoring, alerts, issue resolution and controlled improvements.

What happens when synchronisation fails?

Failed syncs are caught, queued and retried where the method allows, and surfaced as alerts. Handling is configuration-dependent and part of Managed Care.
